Let's blog down...

...yeah right – and welcome to this brand new website! It's about time we got the thing up on that www, just a few years or so behind schedule, and once it's finallly out there, of course it's inevitable that it should also feature a blog. This is, after all, 2005 – and counting...

Actually, we did include a "blog" already when we launched the www.stockholmnew.com website way back in 1999, though the expression at that time was still very far from being coined. It was called "Ugly Shit" and intended to monitor all unwelcome and disgusting additions to Nordic estethic culture. Unfortunately, we never got beyond a grand total of two (2) entries. Still, the thing was publicized and quoted all around the world – perhaps more so than anything we did with Stockholm New magazine over a period of more than ten years.

With this BrittonBritton blog, we promise to be more regular and up to date. Our stern ambition is to provide you all with personal updates, insights, opinions and angles on the creative and not so creative culture of Stockholm, Sweden and even the rest of the world – why not? Hell yes – we'll embrace the strange, honor beauty and fun and come down hard on the bad and ugly... whenever our time allows us.
