The original Swedish aquavit in new guise

BrittonBritton has developed the new international communication concept for O.P. Anderson, Sweden's oldest and most esteemed and award winning aquavite.


O.P. Anderson is the original Swedish aquavite spiced with the classic blend of anise, cumin and fennel, launched in 1891. For many years, O.P. Anderson has also been Sweden's most popular traditional spiced snaps, as well as the most highly rated and frequently awarded for its aroma. The owner V&S Group has now decided to launch O.P. Anderson as its only international premium brand for spiced snaps. The communication commission for this major venture has been entrusted with Brittonbritton and design agency Embrink in collaboration. We have worked together with V&S Group in the development of the over all concept for a period of time. BrittonBritton has been responsible for the new seasonal advertising concept, while Hans Embrink at Embrink has designed the new bottle. O.P. Anderson will be marketed in Sweden, Denmark and Germany, and in the global taxfree market. Several brand extensions are planned for the future. The new ads are photographed by Pelle Bergström.
